Like Wilco, The Jayhawks and other like-minded bands, Dawes do not let labels define them. Dawes is composed of brothers Taylor (guitars and vocals) and Griffin Goldsmith (drums), along with Wylie Gelber (bass) and Tay Strathairn (keyboards).
